Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total tour package price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the tour date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14 days or more before the tour date:
Full refund of the deposit.
Cancellation 7–13 days before the tour date:
50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the tour date:
No refund of the deposit.
If the tour is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns):
A full refund will be provided, or the option to reschedule will be offered.
